1 Roommate Needed for Closed Off Living Room Space

Hello!

My name is Isabel, and my two roommates and I are looking for a 4th roommate to move in July 1st, 2026. We have had this apartment since July 1st, 2025, and are looking for someone as one of our roommates is moving out. We're between the ages of 21-25.

The location is absolutely beautiful, right in the middle of good restaurants and cute cafes (plus nearby laundromats). This apartment is a 5min walk to the 2/3, 8min to the A/C, and 5min to the D/B trains.

The available space is the living room, which has heavy light-blocking privacy curtains up from floor to ceiling (so you won't be living in an open space -- you will have 4 walls and a window). The dimensions of this living room bedroom is 82in x 116in. The window gets direct natural sunlight beams. The photos are of the living room space pre-curtains, but the room is closed off.

The apartment is a 5th floor walkup and has water and heat included in utilities, so we will need to pay for gas/electric (average $25-40 per month). WiFi is $10 each per month.
