The house is a three-story home shared with three other roommates, but you’ll have the entire first floor to yourself, which gives a lot of privacy.
The apartment is in an excellent location—just a 7-minute walk to the 2, 3, A, B, C, and D subway lines, and close to several bus lines (M2, M3, M4, M1, and others).
No pets, please.
The home atmosphere is quiet and respectful, ideal for resting, studying, or working remotely.
