HOUSEHOLD VIBE, FLOW & TONE
This is a quiet, respectful, and well-maintained home — not a party house. Our current household maintains a low-key, independent routine and values a calm, organized environment.
Shared spaces are kept clean and thoughtfully maintained. We’re looking for someone who values a secure home setting, communicates openly, and contributes to a respectful living dynamic.
• Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily (365 days a year)
• Pets may be considered with approval — two friendly resident cats, Harley Quinn and Jax the Joker, currently share the home 🐾
If this sounds like your kind of energy, we’d love to connect.

• Maintain an independent routine with an active life outside the apartment
