Large windowed/furnished room in Harlem! Bed, smart tv, dresser, and desk for working. Elevator building, shared bathroom and common areas. Kitchen has oven/stove, fridge, toaster oven, and dishwasher. Bathroom has shower/tub. Fios internet, two cats, *** friendly. Near a small park with playground and grills. I work from home 2-3 days a week, and I am off on the weekends. Happy to give pointers/recs on the city and help enter any Broadway lotteries you might want to try. Within walking distance to City College and 15-20 mins to Columbia!!! 5 min walk to the A/B/C/D trains and 15 min train ride into midtown on the express! 5 min walk to closest grocery and 10 min walk to 125th St Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Laundry in the basement of the building. Happy to negoiate for longer rentals!!
