Oct 1 move in 1 Room in 2 Bedrooms Harlem

Hi looking for a roommate who would be put on the lease for 1 year. Building is pretty chill on the application fee as you will be taking over my current roommates part of the lease. No broker fee. It would be 1600/month plus utilities. Starting on Oct 1. It’s a 2 bedroom with 2 separate entrances and the bedrooms are on opposite sides. Manhattan Ave bw 116&117 in Harlem. It’s nice and neighborhood is chill. A block from B/C trains.
Room can fit a queen or full and still have space. The room will be unfurnished.

Common areas is living room which is cozy, bathroom and kitchen. I keep these areas clean and I’m respectful to others things and also schedules. I ask my roommate be the same and pitch in with cleaning the apt. I do also go out from time to time and am not a stickler for everyone having a good time. I’m an actor who also works in hospitality so gone most evenings. The is internet but no cable but plenty of streaming services. We can discuss common area furniture needs if seriously interested.
