Bedroom great for travler in need of a base

The unit is on the first floor, elevated off the ground by 5 steps. Standard size bedroom with a closet, currently used as an overnight guest room. Can easily fit a full-sized bed with space left over. This space is ideal for someone with a profession such as a traveling nurse, or a great place to use as a home base for long-term travelers. There are two roommates, myself and another (she/her). Dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit. High ceilings. Dogs allowed. I work remotely from my bedroom during the day and nanny in the afternoons into the night. Part of the reality of living in NYC is pests - We are tidy people and work hard to respect our shared space by maintaining a clean kitchen and following through with regular trash & recycling removal. We are searching for a roommate who will do the same.

The street is relatively quiet and residential. A 5-minute walk to the 2, 3 train. 15-minute walk to the 6 train and Harlem-125. 20-minute walk to Central Park North. Street parking. Great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. An 8-minute drive to Bronx Terminal Market (Target, Best Buy, Bed Bath Beyond, Burlington, and more).
