I am a 48 yr old Lesbian woman with 1 cat because of course. Lol I live in a 2 bedroom apt seeking someone that's pretty neat and can pay rent on time. The room is a medium size with a captains bed which has 2 large draws , storage also includes a small closet and an armorie. My apt is located by ample transportation, food shopping and Central Park. Shared area include the kitchen and bathroom. I ask that u don't have any pets as my cat does not get along with other animals. I'm looking for someone who is friendly and quiet ,doesn't bring drama and If u have guests please notify me in advance. If u have overnight guest we must 1st have a conversation and they may stay no longer than a week . if u smoke cigs u must do it outside the apt.
