• The rent is $1250 plus ~$50 in utilities per month. Option to come furnished.

• AC, roomba, and laundry in unit, 2nd floor of a walk up.

• Very friendly neighbors and steps from a ton of good restaurants and grocery stores!

• The neighborhood is very safe, 3 schools on the block and our neighbor is literally the police precinct.

I We need someone to sign and lock in with the security deposit ASAP!!! We got permission from our landlord so you would be added as an occupant and skip the typical approval process

I have 2 Guinea pigs so pet friendly is a must. I’m 420 friendly

About me: I’m 20, a senior in college, and a nanny here in the city. I work a lot so I’m almost never home during the day but like to relax at home at night. I love wine nights, walking in the parks, painting and collaging, baking, trying new coffee shops.
