Room with private bathroom Central Harlem

Renting out a large furnished room in Central Harlem near Ponty Bistro. There’s a shared kitchen and living room. There’s a private bathroom, a gym downstairs along with a laundry area and small backyard. I’m a female looking for an open minded and reliable roommate. Respecting building rules such as quiet time after 10pm, recycling in sorting bins, composting food scraps, and following gym use guidelines are very important. Also looking for someone who is energy conscious, environmentally conscious in general and enjoys the company of a sweet cat. Preferably someone with experience living with and enjoying the company of a cat. I also need someone willing and capable of watering the plants if I travel.
I’m pretty laid back, clean and pretty busy painting, drawing or reading. I travel with my cat a lot. But overall just hoping to find someone I’ll get along with and everything going smoothly.
