Room with private bathroom Central Harlem

Renting out a large furnished room in Central Harlem near Ponty Bistro. I am the owner of the unit and I spend most of the year outside NYC.

There’s a shared kitchen and living room. There’s a private bathroom, a gym downstairs along with a laundry area and small backyard.

Respecting building rules such as quiet time after 10pm, recycling in sorting bins, composting food scraps, and following gym use guidelines are very important. Also looking for someone who is energy conscious and doesn’t abuse the electric grid or the heating/cooling equipment.

Looking for someone who is fine with cats. Locking the bedroom is possible. I’m pretty laid back, clean and pretty busy painting, drawing or reading. Or I’m out traveling. Hoping to find someone I’ll get along with and everything going smoothly!
