Bedroom Available in South Harlem

Hi friends!

My roommate is moving back home after the semester ends, so I’m looking for someone to move into my 2 BR/1BA apartment in South Harlem/Central Park North starting on May 23 - early June. The apartment is HUGE and RENT-STABILIZED (oooh baby!), so I would love to not lose this place. The apartment is on W 113th and Lenox, 2 blocks from the 2/3 express trains and a 10-15 minute walk to the 4/5/6 trains on the East side or the A/C/B trains on the West side. There are 2 supermarkets within 3 blocks of the building and a laundromat across the street. Within a few more blocks’ walk there are two more supermarkets and tons of shopping and restaurants. It’s also 3 blocks from Central Park, so you can easily escape to the nature(ish) if you’re ever feeling tired of buildings and traffic. Another added bonus is that the place is pet-friendly. I have 2 cute and cuddly 2-year old cats. This apartment is such a steal and in a great neighborhood – it would be very difficult to find another rent-stabilized 2BR apartment of this size and in this good of a location anywhere in Manhattan right now. The bedroom will be available for the summer with the option to stay into the new lease that starts on August 1. The rent with the new lease will be slightly higher. I would prefer a female roommate who is a professional in their mid-20s-early 30s with no pets, but that's not strict. Please let me know if you’re interested ASAP and let’s chat.
