Bedroom Available in South Harlem

Hi friends!

My roommate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone to move into my 2 BR/1BA apartment in South Harlem/Central Park North starting on January 1. The apartment is HUGE and RENT-STABILIZED (oooh baby!). The apartment is on W 113th and Malcolm X, 2 blocks from the 2/3 express trains and a 10-15 minute walk to the 4/5/6 trains on the East side or the C/B trains on the West side. There are 2 supermarkets within 3 blocks of the building and a laundromat across the street. Within a few more blocks’ walk there are two more supermarkets and tons of shopping and restaurants. It’s also 3 blocks from Central Park, so you can easily escape to the nature(ish). Another added bonus is that the place is pet-friendly. I have 2 cute and cuddly cats. This apartment is such a steal and in a great neighborhood – it would be very difficult to find another rent-stabilized 2BR apartment of this size and in this good of a location anywhere in Manhattan right now. The bedroom will be available until July 31 with the possible option to renew. I would prefer a roommate who is a professional in their mid-20s-30s with no pets (a well-behaved dog would be ok), but that's not strict. Please let me know if you’re interested ASAP and let’s chat.
