Room for rent in 3 bed/2 bath brownstone in Harlem

The apartment is around the corner from Red Rooster in Central/West Harlem. I am looking to rent one of my spare rooms. I live in half of a brownstone with 2 cats, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bath's. The room available is on the first floor. The 2nd bath, guest room/office, laundry room, and my bedroom are on the second floor which allows for privacy/quiet when desired. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious which is nice if you like to cook. If you have guests come into town, they are welcome to stay in the guest room for brief stays at no additional cost to you.

The room will come with a large area rug and a TV console ONLY. It fits a queen bed, has two closets (one large and one small), and a private bathroom. WIFI, cable, and the utilities would be included in the rent. I am beginning the process of redecorating the living area, so the space may be a little disheveled for a brief period of time.

I am a registered nurse and work in medical sales. My schedule is a mix between office days at home and case coverage at various hospitals. I am easy going and like to keep things tidy in the common areas.

My previous roommate lived here for nearly 5 years. He is currently in the process of moving out. The room will be available June first. Rent will be $2000.00.
