It is located in Central Harlem and is within walking distance of many subway lines (2/3, 4/5/6, ABCD), bus lines and the Metro North. You can get to midtown in 15 - 20 minutes. You also can walk to Central Park. Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Target are around the corner as well as many shops and restaurants.

The apartment has 2BR/1BR. The available room is furnished with a full bed, dresser, desk and an AC unit in the wall. It has a large closet. The apartment is renovated with hardwood floors, has a W/D in unit and a dishwasher.

TO RENT: 1 month's rent + 1 month deposit.

Other bills: ConEdison for gas and electric. Electric is more expensive in summer with AC usage. Spectrum for Wifi (heat and hot water are included in rent.)
