Midtown is just 15–20 minutes away on the express train. Central Park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, and numerous restaurants and neighborhood shops are all within walking distance.

Rent: First month's rent plus one-month security deposit to secure the room
Utilities: Gas, electricity (higher in the summer due to A/C), and Spectrum internet. Heat and hot water are included in the rent.
