We are looking for a clean, reliable roommate to take over a bright, unfurnished private bedroom in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment . The unit is located in a highly secure, modern doorman building directly across from Jackie Robinson Park.

The Price & Logistics

• Rent: $1,500/month flat (All utilities included: heat, hot water, electricity, gas, and premium high-speed Wi-Fi). No hidden monthly utility surprises!
• Move-in Total: $3,000 (First month's rent + 1-month security deposit).
