My name is Michelle and I’m currently looking to rent out my two bedroom Harlem Apartment. I’ve been living in this apartment for 9 years now and looking to rent it out as I have a separate living arrangement while making a career change.
The apartment itself is spacious for New York standards and has a lot of great natural light. The apartment will be left mostly furnished including but not limited to a wardrobe in both bedrooms for extra storage and a queen sized memory foam mattress bed in the larger bedroom. Laundry onsite and right near the 1 3 A B C D E trains really great for easy commuting! In the time that I’ve lived here I have kept the place very clean and tidy and I hope to find a good tenant who will respect and maintain the space as well as I have.
