A bedroom in a two bedroom apartment that’s pretty spacious as far as New York standards go. The bedroom currently has a desk, chair, bookshelf and armoire that you can use but can arrange them to be removed if you prefer to bring your own. Gets great sunlight along with the rest of the apartment. I’ve been in this same apartment for 8 years now and love the neighborhood! Very close to the 1,2,3, A, B, C, D trains, two coffee shops right next door, great options for food and grocery shopping as well. Also very close to several parks which is one of my favorite parts of this neighborhood!
The neighbors in our building have all been great, all the same since I moved in 8 years ago. A safe and friendly community. I am a plant lover so there is a healthy collection of greenery in the shared living space. I am a high school teacher and am in school Mon-Friday. Due to the school hours I am an early riser and would appreciate a roommate who will respect noise levels in the evenings/nights as I do have to go to bed so I’m not a zombie at work. I’ve kept the apartment very clean over the years and like to think of it as a very comfortable cozy space which I hope the next roommate can enjoy as well :).
