Large room in 3 bedroom Duplex w private backyard

I am renting an unfurnished large bedroom in a duplex brownstone. Move in date is August 1st.

The room has two large windows that look out into our private backyard. The room has a large closet with loft storage space. The room measures 9 ft x 12 ft. It's large enough for a Queen size bed, nightstand and a nook for a desk or dresser with plenty of room left for a morning stretch. Tall 11 ft ceiling giving you plenty of breathing room. The room lets out into the large living room and bathroom.

Downstairs you'll find the large eat in kitchen and direct access to the backyard/garden.

This is not your typical NYC bedroom or apartment. WASHER AND DRYER IN THE APARTMENT. Need I say more?

We Will Share:

to the A/C/B/D (All are express!) We have a friendly coffee shop on the corner Lenox Coffee. Red Rooster , Sylvia's, Corner Social, and new restaurants are walking distance. We are also walking distance from a CVS, Staples, Marshall's and the 125th commercial strip.

Building is GORGEOUS--exposed brick on either side of the interior of the apartment and in the main foyer. VERY large windows. Oak hardwood floors and staircases throughout. Huge kitchen with an island butcher block and stove. Lots of storage space--closets in each room, and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.

We are 2 gay men in our early 40s (not a couple). We are both professionals. We are friendly and usually keep to ourselves. I work from home and the other roommate works in education (so working remotely) until it?s safe for schools to reopen.
