THE SPACE
Second Largest furnished bedroom in DUPLEX apartment with great morning sun rays and a little private deck outside the window (aka fire escape, but has been my special place next to our private roof) All relatively new furniture, white leather tufted bed with queen size mattress, really large closet + you get your own private bathroom and entrance. Totally cool to have guests as long as it's not every day of the week, like to keep the common space balanced, chill and CLEAN.
In NYC standards the room is good size !
THE LOCATION
Is super safe and right in the middle of 2,3 express trains and C, B local trains (taking A express and then quick transfer its easy peasy). It literally takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Midtown SUPER CONVENIENT. I am obsessed with the location and it's close to great bars and restaurants on 125th and 145th, Wholefoods on 125th with a good amount of grocery stores and solid places to eat and chill within walking distance. Located right next to Saint Nicolas Park it is super nice to be able to have a tree/greenery and chill moment in NYC that is not fenced in (hands up emoji).
