This studio apartment is wonderful! I moved in last year after the unit was completely renovated. It is entirely brand new, with dark hardwood floors and a whole wall of South facing windows overlooking a public park and community garden. It has brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer laundry machine combo, which is a lifesaver!

Rent is $1,725, which includes heat and gas. Pets are welcome, but dogs may require a small fee. There is also storage space in the building available for rent through the management.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building, but for those able, the stairs are easy, and I've found that the washing machine, natural light, and the quiet make it more than worth the extra steps.
Located in Sugar Hill/Harlem, about two blocks (4 minute walk end to end) away from the 3 train (I like to get on at 148th because it's the first and last stop so there's always an empty train waiting for you) and the ACDB at 145th, getting to 59th St in 10 minutes.

The neighborhood is wonderful, and there are two grocery stores a block away. One is a Super Foodtown and has everything. I love walking over to Riverbank Park, The High Bridge, Hamilton Grange, Jackie Robinson Park, St. Nicholas Park, The Sugar Hill Children's Museum, and the Morris Jumel House.

I'm moving locally, so I will be available if ever needed. I'm completely flexible with move-in dates, so whatever works for you will likely work for me! The lease would be up on March 1, 2021, but I could look into a possible lease takeover if that was of interest.

The photographs show the apartment before I moved in, unfurnished. The apartment is still fully furnished now, so if you want zero furnishings, I will empty it. I'm flexible, so if there's anything you'd like partially furnished, I can send photographs and we can discuss. I have a queen bed, a wardrobe, tables, desk, etc.
