Room Available in 3bd/1ba Apartment – No pets, no couples, and women only. Fellas, you will be ignored.

My 3rd roommate moved out, and I am looking for someone to take over their room. Your stay can be flexible depending on your needs but my preference is for 1 year min and that will be prioritize. The room is in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building. You will be sharing the space with two other professional women, including myself.

What I’m Looking For:
Someone who is laid-back, tidy, clean, respectful, values open communication, and does not bring the party home. We're not against guests, but it should be low-key.

About the place:
Rent: $975/month, with internet included
The room can be furnished with a bed, and dresser if needed.
3/bed 1 bath located off of the 148th 3 train.
Room fits a full-size bed comfortably, a queen-size bed is possible, with other furniture. Please note, there is a closet available for use, right outside of the room.

Laundry in the complex is open 7 days a week, but I prefer a nearby laundromat with more convenient hours and an attendant.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove. There is additional appliances to use, at the owners desecration.

Shared living-room with a TV, no cable.

I work from home in the living room from about 11am-8pm, depending on the day.

Bathroom is small but also just the right size. We’ve had no issues with sharing space

About Me: I have lived here for 8 years now. I am a easy going professional in my mid-30s, working as a Project Manager in the tech space. I love traveling, attending concerts, exploring fashion, and staying active with fitness goals. At home, I enjoy a mix of quiet time and occasional socializing.

We keep the place tidy and divvy up responsibilities every weekend to make sure that things are in order to start each week, and that the common spaces are enjoyable to everyone.
