Apartment Bedroom $500 One Month Only.

Hello! There is one room available for rent in our apt. It is $500 ONE MONTH ONLY because our lease ends at the end of May. All are welcome. My lease is ending at the end of May but I'm moving into my new place May 1 so I need someone to move in for the month, then are welcome to apply for the year lease at the end of the month. Usually this room is $850/month but because Im in desperate need, I will pay the difference just to have someone move in for the month. If you decide to apply for a year lease after, the room will be $850/month.
This is a perfect opportunity for those who are in need of a cheap spot in a great are for month before deciding to stay or go somewhere else or if you're just looking to visit New York City for month....

This is a 4 bedroom apt currently occupied by 22-28 y/o students at Columbia, City College of New York and a Software Developer. We mostly keep to ourselves but like to hang out every now and again. I am looking for a short term (1 month) respectful, clean, drama free individuals to sign onto our lease and share our space with us! The previous lessee is moving closer to work and taking her cat with her, so if you have a small pet they are welcome too!

Room ($500) : Has closet, can come partially furnished with a Bed and a Dresser (Willing to sell both)

We are in the heart of Harlem, closest to 2,3 train, within walking distance of A, D,4,5,6, etc. Close to Shops / Restaurants of all kinds. Even so, our block is fairly quiet.
Utilities: Usually range from $40-$60 a month....I'll cover that.

What you'll need if you apply for application: Proof of Employment / Proof of Student Status. First, Last, and Security.
