The apartment is 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, charming and clean, and newly renovated. It's spacious and equipped with all new appliances in both the kitchen and bathrooms.
Central Harlem is lively with great local restaurants, bars, music, coffee shops in the area + Whole Foods. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the express 2,3 trains and about 15 minute walk to the A, C, 4,5,6 and Metro North. An easy 15 minutes to Times Square / 42nd street.

We are two females in our mid-to-late twenties -- we are low key, clean, and respectful. Professional female preferred.
Rent is $1095 per month plus utilities.
