Eclectic Household Seeks Third Housemate

2 housemates seek 3rd to fill available bedroom. The apartment is in a grand pre-war building uptown in the mostly residential Sugar Hill section of Harlem near the ACBD train at 145th Street. The 1 train is available at 145th and 158th Street. 15 minutes to midtown on the A & D express trains. Police and Fire stations all within 5 minute walking distance. Columbia Presbyterian Hospital 15 blocks north. Two supermarkets, pharmacies, laundromats, banks/ATM, liquor stores, Starbucks, local cafe, and gas stations within 5-10 minute walking distance.
Historic neighborhood with great neighbors. Elevator building. Basement laundry machines. Easy on-street parking. Nearby parking garages. Building features enclosed courtyard for leisure activity.

It's an eclectic space with character. Living is independent, but everyone is expected to chip in to make the apartment a great place to live. Utility bills are split 3 ways. Share kitchen and bathroom with 2 other housemates. 1M, 1F, in their 20's & 40's, not 9-5 types, 1 vegetarian, 2 cooks, 2 creatives, no pets, no drugs, non-smokers, gay & trans friendly, more heat than you know what to do with during the winter months, high ceilings, wooden floors, and hi-speed internet.

The room is pretty sizable. 11x12'-ish with 1 small closest. Big window and comes with a small air-conditioning unit. Room is NOT furnished, but does include nice curtains & rod. Photos of the bedroom are from a previous housemate where the bed is queen sized for perspective. Room is recently painted in cool white with a navy accent wall.
We're looking for a relaxed and level-headed non-smoking housemate with a creative streak that can clean-up after themselves, take out the trash, and pay bills on time. Professionals preferred, but serious grad-students are welcome. Sorry, no pets.
