This is a big one bedroom. It can fit 2 full size bed with space to spare and move around. It has 2 medium sized walk-in closets perfect for couples. The bedroom has huge windows with a view. There is a shared kitchen space and a living room space. The building has 24 doorman and concierge, and laundry room in the basement. It is steps away from Harlem hospital, YMCA the library, restaurants, schools and the playground. City College is a few minutes walk and upcoming Whole Foods is one subway stop away. Transportation is very accessible. It is a few steps from M1, M2 downtown busses and a 3 blocks away from the M7 downtown bus and 2, 3 subway train. B and C trains are also nearby.
I am looking for a responsible, respectful and clean-as-you-go individual. I prefer professionals who have a stable source of income but will also consider students who can provide a reliable guarantor. I'm looking for another laid-back, but highly motivated and clean person to share the apartment and share responsibilities and be totally mature and nice to each other (some people don't actually want that, apparently.) Must be comfortable with pets, I have two very lazy pugs.
