I am a writer/life coach running a practice and an online publishing business who also works in the entertainment industry.

I work from home. I do yoga in the living room almost every morning. I run workshops from my laptop. I am sharing my apartment to offset living costs and save to invest in my business.

Only 30 days notice is required, mutually, to end the sublease. However, the length of stay is negotiable.
