You:
I am looking for a long-term tenant/roommate who is respectful, clean, friendly, and communicates well. You need to have a stable source of income.

Me:
I?m currently in school. I?m also in an ?artivist? fellowship at the New Museum. I value compassion & communication. I prioritize cleanliness. I also have a cat, her name is Luna.

House rules:
No cigarettes. No dogs per property management rules.

Room:
The room is approximately 105 sq. ft. with a large window, air conditioner, heating, closet, lamp, and shelf. The room will be vacant on March 1, 2017. The rent is $1080 including utilities (wi-fi and electricity) and due 1 week before the 1st of the month.

Apartment:
Elevator building with a live-in super and maintenance staff. Total of 3 bedrooms; 1 full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom; full kitchen; spacious dining and living room; large windows with a lot of natural lighting. You will share the apartment with two female professionals/student.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is 5 blocks from the 2 and 3 lines and steps from the M1, M2, M7, and M102 bus lines. It is about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the A/C/E and the BX19, M10 and M3 are all near the apartment. There are ample grocery stores, laundromats, bodegas, restaurants, clothing stores, retail shops, and public parks in the vicinity. Recreational places such as the public library, YMCA, Bronx Terminal Market, and The Schomburg Center are all within walking distance.
