Room for rent

A 2-bedroom ground floor-through apartment in a modern renovated Harlem brownstone. Bedroom for rent is private, very spacious and cool or warm as needed, AC provided. It's also well separated from the second bedroom at the back of the apartment. It has two tall 5'10" windows that look out onto a classic nyc brownstone street with northern exposure. The room is unfurnished. You will need to bring your own bed, desk and things. There is a medium sized closet for each roommate.

The spacious living room, has bright hardwood floors paired with fresh, minimal, and ultra-modern furniture. The kitchen contains mahogany wooden cabinetry and all modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer, this kitchen has everything one needs.

Amenities: WiFi Internet and electricity included with the rent, Pets (on discussion). Smoking not permitted inside. There is a large private garden out back with very limited access. And I do smoke out there from time to time.

This apartment is located in Harlem. An iconic district that celebrates its vibrant roots and African American culture with its food, arts, music, and fashion. You would enjoy Harlem, all of Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn from here! There is a Whole Foods 5 blocks down the street and a Trader Joes.

Conveniently hop on the subway at 125 Street for travel on lines 2, 3, B, C, D, and A.
