Park/Riverview in Hamilton Heights!!

I have a 10.5 x 7.5 private room available in a very large, top floor apartment, in an elevator building with little to no noise. River views, endless park, great bars and restaurants, and an athletic, youthful college presence. NO FEE. Dining room (seats 10), living room, marble bathroom (shower/tub), kitchen (counter space, cookware, and appliances) in a pre-war building. Amenities include 1-50" flat screen, (Netflix, Apple TV, cable, Bose speakers), building cameras, and lots of neighborhood security.
Your room has a full size bed, air conditioner, radiator, desk/chair, closet, and an armoire. You will have full access to the whole apartment, utilities included.
You must be a health conscious/fit, liberal person who picks up after themselves. No smokers. Guests/dinners/occasional sleepovers are cool. Most importantly………no financial issues!! You have access to the 1, A, B, C, and D lines. I am about 15-20 mins from Times Square. One stop from City College, two stops from Columbia, and two stops from Columbia/Presbyterian Hosp. I'm a working professional/investor/artist, as is my flatmate. We're both non-scene, friendly, in longterm relationships, and very active (travel, movies, museums, gym, music, sports, foodies, plays, road trips, etc). He is just brilliant, with two Master’s degrees, and has lived here for 8yrs now. He’s threatened never to leave. Lol!! Also included are bathroom towels, bathroom tissue, paper towels, and general house maintenance. (You'll never have to sweep, mop, dust or throw out the garbage!!!) You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself.
The room is available to be seen now, and I will choose an applicant who is the right fit. I’ll know. This is ideal for a very busy student, healthcare worker or busy professional. I prefer 18-40 and someone with very few things. You don’t have to be a social butterfly, but please be a sociable person. No furniture, dishes, cookware or towels necessary.
