Located on tree lined Hamilton Terrace, elevator building, laundry in building. Historic part of Harlem, lots of trees, quiet and beautiful brownstones. Safe neighborhood, lots of local vendors and ethnic foods! 145th street station with A, C, B, D lines 5 min away.

Ideal for someone who’s not finicky about not having other than a kitchen and entry way as common areas, there’s no living room. If you’re a student at CUNY this is 10 minutes by foot! Possibility to convert one room into living room and split rent if we wanted.

All rooms fit a king sized bed and there’s plenty of room for more furniture.

Req: 40x rent and good credit. Able to commit 1 or 2 years. Applications received as early as November 11th!

Room 3: $1,050 3rd room in video no closet

Excellent heat during winter! No problems with water or gas or pests! Truly a great affordable opportunity.

About the hood: it’s gorgeous… we’re on a prime street, packed with trees. It was beautiful during winter. Lots of good good food up the hill towards Broadway and further towards the west. It’s a quiet street, since it’s L shaped there’s never any traffic, people walk on the street to walk their dogs, no loud music from neighbors outside on other buildings or in ours. That’s one of the first things the first floor neighbor Jones said when I moved in, “it’s a quiet building”. The building is well kept by live in super. Common areas (stairs and lobby) could use some hard scrubbing on the floors and cleaning walls and new paint but this is not particular to this building.

About me: 29F working for an international engineering firm in FiDi. I go to the gym early in the morning, work and study full time and come home not too late. I appreciate my current roommates have similar routines, it helps to wind down after a long day. I’m usually home during the weekends studying or supporting local businesses 🫔🌮🍱🥡🍛🫔.
