- Heat and water is included in rent, we cover electricity, cooking gas, and internet (I do not know what this is yet)

Location: in Hamilton Heights, the apt is literally right across from The Chipped Cup, Harlem Public, The Honey Well, The Handpulled Noodle spot and more. It’s walking distance to Riverside Park.
Only a few minutes walk to the 1 train, 10 min walk to A/C train. Busses nearby M101, M100, M4, M5, Bx19
