Hello all, we are looking for a FEMALE roommate for our 3 bed 1 bath Hamilton Heights apartment on W137th street (close to City College and Columbia). This is a 12-month lease starting on September 1st - move in date flexible.

About the apartment:
• Rent: $1580 per month (before utilities).
• Apartment: elevator building, in building laundry, in unit dishwasher. Neighboring building comes with free gym and lounge access. Giant living room.
• Room: Comes with closet + shelf nailed into wall. Mattress available upon request.
• Public transit options: 1 min walk to the 1 train, 15 minutes to the B/C. Near the M11, M4, M5 bus stops and one ave block from southbound M100, M101
• Quick commute to City College and Columbia. 25 minutes to midtown, ~30 minutes to Union sq.

Both current roommates are working professionals in their 20s.
• I work 2-3 days a week in person, rest WFH (desk in bedroom).
• Second roommate works 6 days a week in person, from later morning to evening.

We are looking for:
• Roommate must make 40x rent and be able to pay a deposit upon signing.
• Someone clean and willing to keep to a chore chart.
• Willing to sign quickly - we are looking to sign the lease by mid-month.
