2 rooms for ONE person

Welcome, and thanks for checking out my listing!

I'm looking for one male roommate to rent two private rooms in my apartment: a bedroom and a separate living room/office space. Both have window units. The rooms will be available starting September 1.

One of the best things about this apartment is the location. It's in Hamilton Heights and just about a 5-minute walk to either the 1 train or the A/C/D trains, making it easy to get around the city.

The bathroom is shared, and I do my best to keep the apartment clean and comfortable. I'll be the first to admit that interior decorating isn't exactly my strength, but I'm always open to ideas and suggestions! I do a full bathroom/kitchen cleaning every Sunday and am looking for a roommate who is respectful of shared spaces and cleans up after themselves.

My biggest house rule is pretty simple: please don't leave food out. Other than that, I'm pretty easygoing. Rent includes both WiFi and cable (yes, I'm still keeping cable alive!).

Unfortunately, the building doesn't allow pets, which is a shame because I'm a huge dog lover.

As an added bonus I bought a countertop dishwasher to make life easier!

A little about me

I'm a software developer working for a hospitality company. I work a typical Monday–Friday schedule and am usually out during the day on weekdays.

Personality-wise, I'm an ENFP-T, which basically means I'm friendly, outgoing, and enjoy meeting people. I'm originally from California, graduated from Oklahoma State, and recently moved here from Texas.

I'm social and easy to get along with, but I rarely have guests over, so the apartment is generally pretty quiet.
