Room available in a 4-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (6 bed apartment but we use 2 as spare rooms for storage) in Hamilton Heights, starting August 1, 2026. You will be added to a 1 year lease. The room will be unfurnished.

The rent is $1,194/month plus shared utilities :$30 for internet and $60-$100 for Con Ed.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of an elevator building, has an in-unit washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen.

Looking for a clean, considerate, respectful roommate who'll help keep the common spaces tidy and pay rent and utilities on time. Past roommates have all been students or working professionals in our 20s. Quiet household, no parties or large gatherings, or smoking in the common area. No pets preferred.

Applications go through the landlord with the standard credit and background check. Students usually require a guarantor unless they can clear the 40x rent income requirement on their own.
