Large Room with Storage for Rent by City College

Myself and my current roommate are looking for someone to join us in re-signing the lease starting August 1st! The room is located in a 3 bed, one bath apartment with shared kitchen on the first floor of a walk up building less than five minutes from City College. Heat and water are included in the rent, and the room has two large windows, fire escape access, and a closet with overhead storage space. The room is the largest in the apartment.

You would be living with Romeo (20 year old trans male art student) and Manuel (35 year old pianist and music teacher) in a non-smoking household. Coffee and cooking are shared interests of ours so expect a well-used and stocked kitchen! We value cleanliness, fairness, and open communication.
