Hey everyone! I’m moving out at the end of July and looking for someone great to take over my room (located in West Harlem) starting in August through March, with the option to renew after that.

You’d be sharing this spacious 2BR/1BA with my roommate (staying put!) — a working professional in his 30s, queer-friendly, and looking for someone clean and easy to live with.
