Sublet Wanted with Option to Renew Lease

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from August through the end of September, with the possibility to renew afterward.

The apartment is in a great location and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. You’ll be living with two other friendly female roommates who mostly keep to themselves, creating a calm and respectful home environment.

Convenience is a major plus here: the 1 train is just a 5-minute walk away, there’s a grocery store only one block away, and a Planet Fitness located right near the train. This is an excellent spot for Columbia University students or medical professionals, as Columbia University Medical Center is nearby.

The room is midsized and comfortably fits a full or queen-sized bed. It can also accommodate a desk/table, and a dresser is already available in the room. Utilities typically run about $50 per month.
