Bedroom in elegant 4BR/2BA Hamilton heights apt

Hello,
We are a couple living in a 4BR/2BA modern triplex with a garden in Hamilton Heights on a lovely block (142 b/w B’way and Amst).

We have already 2 roommates, each on their own furnished bedrooms that face the garden. Currently available is middle bedroom in the 2nd floor (8’5’’x 11’0’’).

Our roommates gets to enjoy our beautifully curated, clean and open shared spaces in the parlor, Kitchen, Dining Room, bathrooms and Garden.

The house is fully furnished, kitchen stocked ,etc. as this is our home, we would like to keep gatherings to a minimum, but we understand the occasional small dinner and/or overnight guest (in your room).

We cannot accept/allow pets or service animals of any sort.

The room rent, $1,650/month includes internet and use of the Washer/Dryer but will need to share 20% of electricity/gas bill (around $100/month on an average from last year)
