You will be staying with one female roommate. Prefer long term Roommate but Negotiable.

You will have access to the kitchen.
The building is right on Amsterdam AVE, Riverbank Park is very close within walking distance. One block away from the # 1 train.
A short walk to the C/B at 135th street and San Nicholas AVE. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants.

This is perfect for a City College Student and Columbia University Student or anybody that wants to rent the room.
I am looking for a clean, quiet, considerate, not selfish, a trustworthy female roommate who pays rent on time.
Just bring your clothes, honestly. The room is private, comfortable, and clean.

This is a walk up building - the apartment is on the 5th floor.
