Hello! My boyfriend and I are looking for a third person to fill a bedroom and sign a year lease in my Hamilton Heights apartment. The lease is a one year lease that starts June 1st.

About the place:
* Rent for the room is $1125/month
* Utilities are around $70/month per person, higher in winter and lower in summer (avg $50 for electric and $20 for WiFi)
* In unit washer/dryer and dishwasher
* 2nd floor walk up
* 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
* radiator heat and requires window unit AC
* Online portal for payments/maintenance requests
* We are located about a 4 min walk from the 1 train (145 St) and a 12 min walk to the ACBD (145th st).

I have included a short video walk-through of the apartment. It fits a full size bed and has decent closet space.

I am a 28M gay man who works at a special education school in the neighborhood. I live to cook and keep busy around the city.
