Looking for someone to sublease this room for the month of May. One of my roommates is breaking our lease and moving out on May 31st, but the remaining two are staying and you have the option to sign on long term if you wish to stay.
Our landlord is pet friendly, and all current roommates have cats. Laundry in the basement and an elevator in building as well.
I can leave a dresser and wire closet for you if you choose.
All roommates generally keep to themselves and are quiet people.
