We are looking for a new roommate to replace the tenant who just left—preferably a girl to keep the equal balance in the house. There are currently two girls and three guys—all professionals with varying schedules. The building is elevator accessible, and the apartment is on the fifth floor. A three-minute walk from the 1 train, and right down the block from Columbia University. Two bathrooms. The large bathroom is for the females, the small one is for the males. Shared kitchen space, and a washer/dryer are in the apartment. No pets or smoking.

Rent: 770. Plus utilities (Electricity and Wifi. Shouldn't be more than 50 a month.) A security deposit of 770 is needed as well for the old tenant who lived there to be paid back. Please have references and a credit of 600+ for the landlord approval.

Who we are looking for: Someone quiet and clean. The roommates keep to themselves, but are super friendly!
