Room in Large 3 Bedroom Apt in Hamilton Heights

Hi! My name is Michael and my boyfriend Zach and I are looking for a roommate to fill a room in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We live here with our very friendly cat, Champagne, who loves people. Although we love animals, we prefer to keep it to just our cat in the apartment.

Our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, so we’re looking for someone new to take over his room! Move-in can be as early as May 1, and we’re looking for someone to stay at least one year.

The available room is large, has a closet, and comes with your own private bathroom. You can easily fit a queen (maybe even king!) sized bed, a desk, and dresser comfortably in this room. Also, this room is on the other side of the apartment from our bedroom, so there is plenty of privacy. There is also laundry in the basement of the building.

The living room is completely furnished with everything you need: couch, TV, dining table, etc. The kitchen is also very well stocked so you wouldn't need to bring anything unless you wanted to.

The location is super convenient. We’re about a 5 minute walk to the 145th Street 1 train and around a 12 minute walk to the 145th Street A/C/B/D trains, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood also has everything you need right nearby including bars, restaurants, a bodega, and a grocery store directly across the street.
