I am subletting my large furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom Hamilton Heights apartment while I am traveling for the holidays.

Dates and price
• Available from December 4 to January 3, a 31 day period.
• Ideal for someone taking the full 31 days.
• Rent is 1,150 dollars total for that full period, utilities and WiFi included.
• Open to a 3 to 4 week stay within those dates, with rent prorated from that total.
• Refundable security deposit of 300 dollars due at the start of the stay.

The room
• Very spacious by NYC standards, enough floor space to do yoga.
• Full size bed, big closet, dresser, bookshelf, yoga mat and cushions.
• Desk and chair that work well for WFH.
• 40 inch 4K TV in the room with Netflix, Hulu and Max access.

Flat and roommates
• 3 bedroom apartment shared with 2 roommates in their 20s, queer academic and theater people.
• Very queer and LGBTQIA friendly home, looking for someone respectful, tidy and easy to share space with.
• Not a party flat, usually quiet during the week.
• My roommates will be away for part of the holidays, so at times you may have the place to yourself.
• One small Cavapoo lives here, very friendly and low shedding, so you will need to be comfortable with a dog.

Location and amenities
• 146th and Broadway, one minute to the 1 train, about 8 minutes to the A B C D at 145th.
• Across from CityMD and Key Food, near Mama Sushi, delis, cheap Chinese, and a laundromat about a block and a half away.
• Kitchen with dishwasher, full size stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, espresso and cold brew setups, pour over, coffee and beans, crockpot, blender and food processor.
• Living room with 50 inch 4K TV and Netflix, Max, Hulu, Disney Plus and Prime Video.
• Shared bathroom that is unusually spacious for NYC, with full tub and shower.
