Hello! I have a private, furnished room available in my super comfortable, cozy and sunny apartment in the historic Sugar Hill district of Hamilton Heights/West Harlem. The apartment is located in a quiet, secure, well-maintained elevator building with a laundry room in the basement.

**You will have privacy for most of the month, as I am often away for work and family matters. I typically return to the apartment periodically for short stays.** The apartment is perfect for someone looking to get settled in the city.

Hamilton Heights is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, and arts spaces. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and gyms are also nearby.

The apartment close access to all forms of public transportation:

- 5-minute walk to A, C, D, B trains
- Close to the 1 train (about 15 minutes to Times Square)
- Bus stop located directly in front of the building

This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed.

About me:
I’m a former entertainment executive and adult professional marketing consultant. I’m pretty low-key with a passion for wine, running, and exploring the city. I also have an older, sweet French bulldog who loves belly rubs. He will be traveling with me and not in the apartment often.
