Hi! 1 bedroom with excellent light in a great location available from now until February 25th. Any length of time between then is fine for subletting, but obviously would prefer at least a month stay.

The room is in an elevator building with two elevators. 3 minute walk to the nearest train (1 train on 145th St). Excellent restaurants nearby with a coffee place below the apartment.

The room is furnished with a full size bed, two dressers, a tv and nightstand. There is a dishwasher in kitchen.

The roommate who is there works as a personal trainer and some days works from home. Rarely if ever is in shared space. He’s very easy to live with, we have been roommates for 5 years.
