Roommate wanted for 2bed/1bath in Hamilton Heights

Hi! My name is Josh. I just applied for a 2bed/1bath apartment in Hamilton Heights and I’m looking for someone to take the other bedroom. Rent would be $1375/mo and looking sign/move in by 12/1 but could be a little flexible. The room in question is about 10’5x10’6, plenty of room for a queen bed plus some furniture. The apartment is on the fourth floor of an elevator building with laundry in the basement. It has a great living room with lots of light and a spacious kitchen. Located on St Nicholas Ave, 2 minute walk from the 145th St ABCD station and a ~10 minute walk to the 145th St 1 train station. Close to St Nicholas Park, Riverbank State Park and City College.

About me: I’m 25, I work in apparel design. I’m pretty laid back but I like to keep things clean and organized. In my free time I like watching movies and playing basketball.
