This independent bedroom is fully furnished, cozy, very bright and quiet in an elevator building. A great view of the Manhattan skyline from bedroom and common living spaces. The bedroom has a private bathroom. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry in the apartment. Fast WiFi, water and heat is included in the price. Electricity and gas are shared among the tenants.

The apartment is across the street from City College and it is easily accessible by subway with 137 Street stop on #1 train (the Columbia Campus shuttle stops there as well). Express A and D, Local C and B trains at 145 Street are a short walk away. Could walk to Columbia University. The 3-bedroom apartment is shared with the owner when she is around (a multidisciplinary artist and educator, who is often away) and another female tenant (age 35), who is finishing her Masters degree at Columbia. No pets allowed.
