Room for Rent at West Harlem/Hamilton Heights!!

Living Room

We are looking for a new flatmate starting April. 15th, 2026, in our 4 bed/2-bathroom apartment in West Harlem/Hamilton Heights, within walking distance to Columbia and City College, ideally for a 1y+ lease.

The room has a window & in-wall closet & a ceiling fan. The rent is $1190 per month with an additional $50-80 for utilities + internet, depending on the month. The furniture will change but some (desk, chair, shelves, mattress, and bed frame) will be available if needed (different from the ones in the picture).

The three current flatmates are in our mid-20s to mid-30s, Korean, Peruvian and Chinese and are studying or working in physics/engineering/healthcare. We keep the flat a clean and welcoming place for all! We are pretty independent but friendly and like to spend some time together in the living room once in a while. We are looking for someone like-minded, who is clean, considerate, and with whom we'd appreciate spending some time.

The apartment is on 136th and Broadway, 2 minutes from the 1 train, 10 minutes from City College, and 15 minutes from Columbia (Morningside Campus) on foot. The apartment is on the top floor (6th) of an elevator building, with a clear view and great lighting. It has a large and cosy combined living room and kitchen, which is fully furnished and well-stocked. We have a laundromat on the other side of the street.
