Hi hi, large room available after 11/15. If you are an awesome human, I am open to 12/1 or 1/1. Security deposit and we share utilities expenses. The usual. Must enjoy colorful contemporary art as I am an artist.

I (female) am renting out the extra room in my 2-bedroom apt, with a queen size bed as is. It's ideal for someone that's here for a short time or travels a lot or just need an in between home. If you are awesome, a year would be great! It's fine if you have your own furniture.

Not newly renovated, may even need a paint job, but the apt is very clean, fairly quiet with windows open at all times for fresh air flow. Perfect for someone that's also very clean, neat and would like less roomies fighting for the bathroom. Sorry, landlord does not allow pets in the building.

West Harlem. 1 train to 137th Street stop. Near City College, Columbia University, Manhattan School of Music and 20 min subway ride to midtown. Looking for someone clean and awesome ! 😋
