Furnished room for rent with standard utilities included in a 3 bedrooms apartment. The room has ac and heater. Shared bath. I cook a lot but the kitchen is available for minimal light personal cooking. Kitchen take ad chairs for eating available

Price is $1150 /month. A month rent and a month deposit is required. No broker fees.

The room is furnished with a comfortable bed past guest said. It s wrapped and comfortably padded.

There is heat from the building and also ac unit for the summer heat.
Weekly cleaning of your room floors and used common areas are required from you to keep place as clean as you found it. If not a cleaning service fee of $35 is applied if you skipped your turn.
You will need your own mailbox as an identified stranger living with me. The post office is a block away.

The room is near the ( A, B, C, D) Trains and 101, 100 bus on Amsterdam, a block away block are the M4, & M5 buses right across. The BX19 is also near.
