Live with 3 other roommates (1 female, 2 males), all in their 20's. The current roommates are looking to renew their lease and need 1 more roommate to join them.

Room is available ASAP or 4/1.

I, Sarah am a certified roommate matchmaker. I helped the clients last year and will help again to find a lovely roommate. There will be a 1 month brokers fee, plus 1st months rent and security due upfront.

You will need to sign a lease and will need to make at least $40k a year with a 650+ credit score.
